ABOUT
Tony Denny is an Australian entrepreneur and investor with experience spanning automotive retail, property development, private credit and technology.
He established AAA Auto, which expanded from a single car lot in the Czech Republic to become one of Europe’s largest used-car dealership networks. Tony is also the founder of Central Real, a property development company focused on residential and mixed-use projects, and Central Real Capital, a private lender specialising in finance for residential, commercial, and development projects. He is an investor and strategic partner in ScaleVoice, an AI voice technology company for the automotive sector.
During his time in Europe, AAA Auto grew to 45 locations in Central Europe, employing over 3,000 people and selling more than 2 million vehicles. The company was listed publicly in 2007 and later sold to private equity. Tony continues to serve as a strategic advisor and board member.
After returning to Australia in 2014, Tony invested over $400 million in regional development through Central Real before launching Central Real Capital in 2019. In 2016, he founded the Gosford Classic Car Museum, which housed over 600 vehicles and became one of the largest private collections in the Southern Hemisphere.
Tony’s business interests include ScaleVoice, which develops AI-powered voice agents for car dealerships. The platform was first deployed in 2024 and has been adopted by major automotive groups, including AURES Holdings.
He is also active in philanthropy through the Tony Denny Foundation, supporting health research, animal welfare, and community projects in Australia and abroad.
